Ari Nakash Famous Tehina
- ½ kg Tehina.
- A glass of natural lemon juice.
- Head of medium garlic.
- Spoon of cumin.
- 170-160 C.C Halutza olive oil
- One glass of water.
- Coarse salt a teaspoon (and a quarter).
- 3-6 small peppers (to taste).
Preparation:
Mix in a blender according to the order of the ingredients and at the end add a parsley package for only a few seconds.
